From our bakery in Derby, straight to your door! Our Brownies and tray bakes are baked fresh everyday using only the finest ingredients. Established in 2012 and opening our first store in 2016.

We do not use any preservatives, artificial sweeteners or colours in any of our base products. We use free roam eggs in all our brownies.

With the constant increasing costs to ingredients, the highest being cocoa. We try our very best to provide an excellent product at a reasonable price.

Cocoa has now reached record highs, with up to a 230% increase in most countries. Mainly due to crop issues relating to poor weather.  There's been reports that some leading chocolate brands have even reduced their cocoa content to help with production costs.

We will always stick to our original recipes despite these challenges.

Delivery

We aim for you to receive your items one day to two days after they are baked. Staying fresh for up to 7 more days!

Local deliveries will have a specific day depending on the area. This will be clearly announced on this site, stating which day for each area.

Unlike a lot of products now on the market, we have been baking for over 12 years. We aim to provide value for money as our products are of a larger than average size compared to other bakeries (150 grams Approx weight of our brownies!)
