Shipping policy

Please check that you are happy with your order before committing to the purchase as we are unable to make any changes once the order has been processed.

We use a 24hr service (usually RM Tracked 24). In most cases (approx 90%) the order is received the next working day. If there is a delay in the service or the item is lost then we have to wait 7 days before we can make a claim.

We will provide all relevant tracking info, Unfortunately once the item is sent then it is out of our hands.
